The State Enterprise “Ukroboronprom”, the rest - the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and individual state and private enterprises, will support most of the projects. A participant of each of the deals is Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute as an environment in which developers, scholars, investors and industrialists will be able to cooperate effectively.
The projects submitted for the first competition concerned a very wide range of issues, from the improvement of armaments and the development of new tactical medicine, to special information technologies and technologies for obtaining high-strength materials with new properties. So in the future, as Michael Zgurovsky noticed, the organizers of the competition plan to hold it in separate directions.
