National technical university of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv polytechnic institute" and Scientific Park "Kyiv polytechnics" signed memorandum on mutual understanding with Ukrainian subdivision of one of the best known in the world electronics production corporations- "Panasonic Ukraine Ltd."
Managing director of "Panasonic Ukraine Ltd", Koji Terajima and managing director of Scientific Park "Kyiv polytechnics", Volodymyr Hnat verified the memorandum by putting their signatures. Prorector for international relations, correspondent member of Ukrainian NAS, Sergii Sydorenko initialed the document on behalf of rector of Igor Sikorsky KPI.
The document determines common goals and principles of the partnership. Agreement participants agreed on cooperation in the lines of innovative environment development of Igor Sikorsky KPI "POLYTECHO SCIENCE CITY"; common scientific projects implementation; pilot projects organization and demonstration areas for branch solutions that include new "Panasonic" products and solutions in the field of creative technologies and distance learning; equipment testing with further publications of testing results in branch scientific and technical and information and technical registers as well as in Internet publications; practical seminars for Igor Sikorsky KPI students and specialists of production studios and television channels; development of common programs for professional training etc.
