The 4th year student of Biomedical Engineering Faculty Maria Hloza dedicated her scientific research to noble cause of improving quality and continuation of life expectancy. Her developments in the field of cardiology related bioprosthesis valve, reflected in scientific publications, reports at scientific conferences on a various levels and applications for invention and utility model. Her bachelor thesis devoted to biomedical engineering, which Maria performs under the direction of MD (Doctor of Medicine), Professor Maksymenko V.B.
«Heart - says the girl - is the most important organ in the human body» On the one hand, many rows and romantic melodies already devoted to it, but on the other it’s a small bag of muscles that doesn’t stop even for a moment, pumping over 10 thousand liters of blood per day. A tireless and hardworking, but vulnerable as well. Cardiovascular diseases are threat to mankind. Therefore it’s very interesting and even honorable to be involved in solving important problems of the present time.
Student combines study and work at the SI "National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery named after M.M. Amosov AMS of Ukraine" to better understand problems she studies. She embodies her knowledge in real terms; she gained in the university classrooms and develops practical knowledge. Her appearances at conferences have deep versatile nature: from the history of Ukraine, sociology to the problems of Electric Power and innovative technologies.
Excellent student finds some time in her busy schedule for social work and business "for her soul" She is the prefect of the group BM-23, organizer and is leads arrangements for youth. She participated in the organizing committee of the First Scientific Conference of biomedical engineers and technologists Ukraine "Current state and prospects of Biomedical Engineering and Medical Industry of Ukraine" (2015) and the organizing committee of the Scientific and Practical Conference "Domestic engineering development for health" in the V International medical congress and medical VII International Forum (2016). Mary works at art competitions "Talents of KPI" has always attracted the attention of visitors and are awarded.
For achievements in study, research and public activities Maria Hlozi was awarded a scholarship of the President of Ukraine in this semester. So we wish the young researcher implementation of her plan - successfully complete the master's degree and post-graduate and find a good use of her knowledge.
