On October 27, 2013, a tournament on mini-football the Cup of Trade Unions, dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the trade union organization of the KPI was held on the green field of the Center of Physical Education and Sports NTUU "KPI".
The tournament was attended by 8 teams in higher education institutions. In the final part there were four teams: the team of trade union workers NTUU "KPI", the team of the trade union committee of students NTUU "KPI", the team of Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture (KNUCA) and the team students trade union of KNUCA. The final competition held in a round system, and finally: first place - the team of the trade union committee of employees
NTUU "KPI"; second place - the trade union committee of students KPI, 3rd and 4th places "in the hospitable" teams KNUCA shared between them.
Competitions were held in a friendly atmosphere, football fight was very interesting and showed a high level of professional teams. A game in which the fate of the 1st place was held between the teams of the trade union committee of employees KPI and student union committee KPI. The score at halftime was 1: 3 for students, however, experience and dedication have taken their toll. With a score of 4: 3 team of the trade union committee of employees KPI won and secured 1st place. Guests of the tournament were amazed by significant amount of gifts and prizes, but the main trophy was raised above his head by team trade union KPI captain, a senior lecturer in sports perfection Sergey Zhuravlev. Participants expressed great gratitude to the tournament chairman of the trade union committee V.I.Molchanov for his longstanding support in the organization of university-wide and international events for the employees of NTUU "KPI".
