The all-Ukrainian innovation ecosystem "Sikorsky Challenge Ukraine" was presented at the conference "Ukraine in Washington and beyond", which took place from 11 to 13 May. This year's theme was "Strengthening partnerships through innovation and start-ups."

The 10th Anniversary International Festival of Innovative Projects “Sikorsky Challenge 2021” will take place from August 17 through August 20, 2021, at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

Leone Peter Correia da Silva Andrade, President of the Manufacturing and Technology Integrated Campus, expressed hope that Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute scientists would help solve the problem of digital communication of oil wells.

In November 2020 as part of the IX Festival of Innovative Projects Sikorsky Challenge 2020 the national stage of the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) 2021 took place.

The ninth festival of innovative projects at Kyiv Polytechnic was held on-line: most of the participants from different countries and regions of Ukraine presented the developments remotely in the form of video.

The Sikorsky Challenge environment is expanding every year not only nationally but also globally. Today, the competition is supported by 28 regular investors and sponsors from six countries, including the United States, China, Israel, Poland and Azerbaijan.

The work of the Festival of Innovation continues. During the next discussion panel they talked about the development of the regional network of innovation environment Sikorsky Challenge. Today there are already 13 clusters in Ukraine and 5 in other countries.

As part of the Sikorsky Challenge Festival of Innovative Projects, a panel discussion on the development of technologies in medical engineering took place at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
