May 27, 2014 XVI International Scientific and Technical Conference "System Analysis and Information Technologies» - SAIT-2014 started in the hall of the Academic Council NTU "KPI"
Representatives of nine countries - Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Ecuador, Japan, Norway and Poland participate in the conference. In total, more than 450 participants from 135 reports were registered to participate.
Conference was organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, NTUU "KPI", Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IASA), the UNESCO Chair "Higher Technical Education, Applied System Analysis and Informatics" at NTUU "KPI" and IASA, Dnipropetrovsk National University . AG Gonchar, Scientific Societies of students and graduate students of NTUU "KPI" and IASA, Student Councils NTUU "KPI" and IASA.
SAIT-2014 conference began with a plenary session at which congratulatory speeches were made by the Rector of the KPI Director of Teaching and Research Complex "Institute for Applied Systems Analysis" NASU academician Michael Zgurovsky, deputy director for science of ESC " IASA " Professor Natalia Pankratova, Deputy Chairman of the State agency for science, Innovation and Informatization of Ukraine Viktor Ivchenko, director of the Institute of Cybernetics. Glushkov NASU academician Ivan Sergienko and a representative of NetCracker Technology Olga Karasevich.
Participants will work in four sections: "System analysis of complex systems of different nature", "Intelligent Decision Support Systems", "High-performance computing and the development of microsystems", "Advanced information technology."
The conference is supported by NetCracker and will run until May 29.
