Okulov Petr Vladimirovich
Okulov Petr Vladimirovich (1890-1956), Candidate of Technical Sciences, professor, founder and head of the Dept. of electrical measurements, electrical and lighting equipment (1926-1956). In 1913 he graduated Petersburg Polytechnic Institute.
