The Department of Property and Social Affairs was created by Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Rector’s decree of 28.11.2019. The Department submits to Vice-rector of administrative work.
According to the decree, the following structure of the Department was approved:

- The Procurement Office
- The Office of Organization Work
- The Office of Student Assistance
- The Centre of Student Nutrition
- health subsections (health complex “Mayak”, student military sport camp “Sosnovy”, student mountain health resort “Globus”, sports and health camp “Politekhnik”)
