At the end of April, the XVIII International Scientific and Technical Conference "Prospects of Telecommunications 2024" and the XVI International Scientific and Technical Conference of Students and Postgraduates "Prospects of Information and Telecommunication Technologies and Systems Development 2024" were held at the Educational and Research Institute of Telecommunication Systems and the Research Institute of Telecommunications of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. 

In early May, the State Polytechnic Museum named after Borys Paton at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute opened an exhibition of American military vehicles, which was supplemented by mini dioramas and models of aircraft that took part in the most important military operations of the anti-Hitler coalition in 1944.

Artificial intelligence, or AI, as it is often abbreviated, is probably the fastest growing scientific and technological field in comparison to other IT industries and breakthrough areas of innovation. The scope of its application is constantly growing: AI is already serving people in agriculture and industry, medicine and transport, marketing and sociology, etc. And this range is expanding almost every month. For our country, its potential for use in the defence sector is particularly important today. 

The State Polytechnic Museum named after Borys Paton at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute is exhibiting a photo exhibition "Soledar. Salt. War".

The female part of the ensemble visited Italy on the Adriatic coast at the FESTIVAL GIOVANILE DEL FOLCLORE UCRAINO.

The team presented the culture of different regions of Ukraine and a high level of choreographic art.

The Rozmova (Clearly) platform, which connects psychotherapists with clients, was created by Dmytro Kovalenko and Dmytro Marakhovskyi, graduates of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and Sikorsky Challenge startup school.

The second round of the election of the rector of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute took place. 2,318 people took part in the voting, or 72.30% of the total number of voters.

Kyiv Polytechnic is expanding the boundaries of cooperation with the CESAER alliance, which brings together the leading technical universities in Europe. Currently, the organization includes 58 universities, including our KPI.

On May 21, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" and met with young scientists and representatives of the Minor Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

On 23 May, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute was visited by the leaders of the Kyiv Agrarian University of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine - Acting Rector Oleksandr Nikitiuk and First Vice-Rector Olesia Lynovytska (photo right).
