Young scientists of the Kiev National Polytechnic University surely declare themselves: they investigate unknown and use experiments results in practice. The best developments gain the recognition, their authors mention awards and grants. At the end of last year there was the President Decree of Ukraine about awards purpose as the young scientists, especially to the associate professor of high-temperature materials and powder metallurgy of Physical Engineering Faculty (FPE) Anatolyi Vyacheslavovich Minitskiy for scientific work “Creation of new manufacturing techniques of electric motors with extremely high operational characteristics”.
Anatolyi Vyacheslavovich is the student of the Kyiv Politechnic University. In 2001 he graduated from FPE faculty in "Powder metallurgy and composite materials" specialty and got the "engineer-materials scientist" qualification. From 2001 to 2008 he worked at first as the graduate student, then at positions of the junior researcher and junior research worker" at the Institute of materials problems I.N.Frantsevich science NSA of Ukraine. In 2007 under the professor’s leadership V.A.Maslyuk Anatolyi Vyacheslavovich defended the master's dissertation on the subject "Development and Properties of Powder Magnetically Soft Materials on the basis of Composite Iron Powders for Details of Electrotechnical Appointment".
He has been working as a senior lecturer metallurgy and heat treatment department of FPE since 2008. A. Minitskyi has been working as an assistant professor of lecturer metallurgy and heat treatment department of FPE since 2009.
The main scientific researches directions are: development of powder magnetically soft materials on the basis of composite powders for electrotechnical appointment details; combinatory ways development of economically production alloyed products of powder metallurgy on the basis of iron. A.V.Minitsky gives lectures such as "The production technology of powder and composite materials", "The equipment of powder productions and composite materials", "Powder magnetic and electrotechnical materials", "the Nanostructured magnetic and electroconductive materials", gives practical and laboratory classes, directs implementation of academic year and degree projects and student's works.
Now A.V.Minitsky is an assistant manager chair on teaching and educational work, responsible for professional orientation work(working with Minor Academy of sciences of Ukraine and Ukrainian extra-scholastic state education center) deals with students who participate in Applied Materials nationwide competitions.
A.V.Minitskyi published more than 50 printing works for study years and scientific activity . In 2012 he won a victory in the competition "Young Teacher-researcher" of NTUU "KPI" by results of scientific and pedagogical activity.
