On February, 22 NTUU "KPI" hosted a ceremony of announcing the results of the "Intel Techno Ukraine 2013"competition of the national phase of international Competition «Intel ISEF» in science and engineering activity among school students.
Representatives of the organizational staff and the jury announced the names of the winners in five categories from the scene of the NTUU "KPI" Center of Culture and Arts and presented them with gifts. The contest participants were also provided with diplomas and certificates of international scientific societies of American Meteorological Society, Materials Foundation ASM, the Association of Earth female researchers, National Mathematical Society of high schools and colleges and the Society of Biology in vitro.
The sponsors representatives of «Intel» Corporation, «GlobalLodgic» and «Epam» companies also awarded to young researchers with their prizes.
The winners:
- In the category of "Mathematical Sciences" - Nikolay Magera from school № 27, Simferopol, Crimea (the paper "The solution of the problem of the treasures distribution with

- In the category of "Physics and Astronomy" - Leonid Olifer from Cherkasy specialized school № 17 (the project "Demonstrational sedimentograph");
- In the category "Computer Science" - Andrey Konovalenko from Stakhanov Multidisciplinary gymnasium № 15, Luhansk region. (Project «CAMTOUCH creating an interactive surface using a computer, webcam and specially designed software ");
- In the category "Engineering" - Artem Migda from lyceum "Erudit", Dzerzhinsk, Donetsk region. (Project "Interface for performing different tactile sensations on the surface of capacitive touch screen ") and Ivan Seleznev from school № 22, Nikolaev (Project "Ultrasonic device orientation in space for the visually impaired people");
- In the category "Energy" - Jaroslav Krempoha from Piryatinsk Lyceum, Poltava region. (Project "Automation of the orientational control of photoelectric battery based on the use of the microcontroller ATmega8 »).
The jury also selected the winners who will represent our country at the «Intel ISEF» World Finals in the USA. They are Andrey Konovalenko, Leonid Olefir and Ivan Seleznev.
