During a break in university corridors we can observe a habitual picture: young people eat on the move, in a hurry , often they eat food dry, it can lead to various diseases of the stomach , liver and intestines. Do not be indifferent to your body, because the process of its formation lasts 20-25 years. And it is promoted first of all by proteins. Therefore, your diet should include meat, milk , eggs and cheese. Once or twice a week fish dishes should be used for food, which are high-protein and rich in minerals. Fats and carbohydrates are necessary for replenishment of power stocks of the person. Fats are contained in butter, different oils, table fat and animal grease.
The main power source of food - carbohydrates which are in bread, cereals, pasta, vegetables, fruits, sugar, honey etc. They are quickly assimilated by an organism. At big physical activities (session, trainings, backpackings, etc.) it is necessary to use more products containing proteins, sugar. Also it is necessary to remember that carbohydrates are converted into fat, therefore people, who suffer from overweight should limit usage of bread, cereal and pasta, sweets. And do not forget about the movement.
Vegetables and rye bread carbohydrates contain cellular tissue which practically cannot be assimilated by an organism, but positively influences intestines function. Therefore it is necessary to include in the diet carrots, cabbage, black bread, onions every day. Grated carrots with sour cream, a glass of pineapple juice, a piece of a lemon to tea - all this will promote good memory and thinking. For preservation of vitamins it is necessary to use fruit and vegetables in the raw. They also regulate metabolic processes. The food should be taken three times a day.
Work of a brain improves not only from its stimulation, but also after good rest. The relaxation even within 10 minutes a day helps to relieve stress, regain strength. Complex breathing exercises can be found on the Internet. It is also worth relaxing before going to bed. Computers, TVs and various gadgets will also have a rest at this time. Follow the advice of our grandmothers: calming music, glass of warm milk with honey, walk in the fresh air guarantee a deep sleep and vigorous morning.
The healthy nourishment has to be combined with systematic exercises, sports, tourism. All this promotes the correct development of the body, health preservation, working capacity increase.
