👥 On the eve of Science Day at Igor Sikorsky KPI, an open meeting was held dedicated to the development of Ukrainian science, its achievements, challenges, and prospects.
✔️ The event was attended by Oksen Lisovyi, Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine; Denys Kurbatov, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine; Anatolii Zagorodnii, President of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine; Vasyl Lazoryshynets, President of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine; and Anatolii Melnychenko, Rector of Igor Sikorsky KPI.
📝 Discussions focused on the current state of the scientific sector, research outcomes, wartime challenges, and future directions for research, technology, and innovation.
Leading scientists, representatives of innovative businesses, and young researchers joined the conversation. Participants discussed current issues in the research sector, asked questions of the speakers, and shared their own visions for its future.
For KPI, this meeting marked a continuation of the university’s systematic work as one of the leading centers of Ukrainian engineering science, technological development, and innovation.
