Recently, another graduation of foreign students took place and 67 students from around the world, including 🇨🇳 China, 🇪🇬 Egypt and 🇪🇨 Ecuador, received master's degrees from our university.
Most of the graduates joined the graduation ceremony online, because, unfortunately, due to the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, they are not in Ukraine, but it is important to emphasize that they continued their studies at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
“Today, another graduation of foreign citizens took place. This is a confirmation of our resilience, even in times of war. After all, we continue to provide a safe environment and high-quality education. Our university has consistently maintained a high brand in the international arena, and foreign students continue to choose us!” - Andriy Shysholin, Vice-Rector for International Relations of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
Our foreign graduates are highly qualified specialists in various fields, because among the masters are representatives of eight faculties and research institutes of our university:
- Educational and Research Institute of Aerospace Technologies (Institute of + IAT);
- Educational and Research Institute of Energy Saving and Energy Management (Institute of IEE);
- Educational and Research Institute of Materials Science and Welding named after E.O. Paton (E.O. Paton Institute of IMZ);
- Faculty of Biomedical Engineering (FBMI);
- Faculty of Informatics and Computer Science ( FIOT);
- Faculty of Management and Marketing (FMM);
- Faculty of Applied Mathematics (FAM);
- Faculty of Sociology and Law (FSP).
Most foreign graduates are eager to return to Ukraine after the war, in particular to enter postgraduate programs.
“There are talented classmates here, wonderful teachers who helped me overcome all the difficulties, as I continued my studies in Kyiv. I am quite satisfied with the high level of knowledge, warm atmosphere and comprehensive support, so I plan to continue to deepen my knowledge of international economics, but as a postgraduate student of Kyiv Polytechnic,” said Shan Jin, a graduate of the Faculty of Management and Marketing (FMM) of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, a Chinese citizen.
