The team of the Faculty of Sociology and Law of Kyiv Polytechnic won silver at the competition “Best Practices for Implementing Educational Innovations in the System of Professional Training of Civil Servants, Heads of Local State Administrations, Their First Deputies and Deputies, Local Government Officials and Deputies of Local Councils” from the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service in the nomination “Master's Degree Training in Specialty 281 ‘Public Administration and Management’, presenting a methodology for training specialists in the field of ‘Public Procurement Management’.
The methodology “Monitoring or Bounty Hunter” (author - Yana Tsymbalenko, authorized person for the prevention and detection of corruption, associate professor of the Department of Management Theory and Practice of the FSP) for training future public procurement specialists has already been implemented in the educational process and allows future public officials not in theory, but in practice through practical interactive cases:

📌 understand how to prevent corruption risks in this area;
📌 learn how to carry out procurement procedures in accordance with the requirements of the law;
📌 adhere to fair competition and ensure efficient and transparent public procurement.
