The parties discussed the possibilities of deepening further educational and scientific cooperation between Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and Indian educational institutions, as well as the issue of attracting young Indian citizens to study at our university. The guest toured the campus and the exposition of the State Polytechnic Museum named after Borys Paton; paid tribute to the Kyiv polytechnics who died in the struggle for Ukraine's independence at the memorial stands dedicated to them; walked along the alley of prominent scientists and engineers whose lives and activities were closely connected with Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
During the conversation with the university media, Oleksandr Polishchuk expressed his gratitude to the KPI management for this meeting and the opportunity to communicate frankly and absolutely pragmatically on issues of mutual interest to both Ukraine and India. ‘After today's meeting, discussions and conversations, we see that our cooperation has potential,’ he said. In his turn, Sergiy Maulik expressed hope for a revival of cooperation: ‘With the help of the Ambassador, we will be able to adequately represent our university in the Indian educational market, spread information about our educational programmes and, as a result, attract even more Indian students to study.’
