On 26 July 2024, the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" held a ceremony to award bachelor's degrees to foreign students.
The ceremony was attended by 101 graduates from China, Algeria, Ecuador, Egypt, India, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Turkey and Chad. Ten of them attended in person, while the rest were able to join online.
These talented students have faced many challenges from quarantine to war, but they did not back down and confidently continued their academic path within the walls of their Alma Mater.
The Centre for International Education "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" expresses its gratitude to the students for their trust and faith in us in such a difficult period. These graduates have overcome all the odds on their way to the honorary title of bachelors of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute - one of the best and most advanced technical universities in Europe.
This solemn event was a vivid testament to the international authority of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and our ability to provide quality education for students from around the world.
"The graduates have demonstrated a high level of knowledge and skills by successfully defending their bachelor's theses, some of them even received honours degrees. Their research and innovative projects demonstrate great potential and predict a bright future. We are proud to have become a part of their life journey and wish them success in their further studies and professional activities. May the knowledge gained at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute help them realise all their dreams and reach new heights," representatives of educational institutes and faculties said in their welcoming speech.
During the ceremony, several students expressed a desire to deliver their graduation speeches and thank the university's faculty and university staff. Graduates shared their feelings and learning experiences. It is incredibly valuable that some of them expressed a desire to continue their studies at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. This is the highest mark of quality for our university.
At the end of the ceremony, the graduates took memorable photos with the administration and deans of the faculties.
