On February 24, a meeting of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Rector's Office took place. The Rector's Office became the University Coordination Headquarters during the martial law in Ukraine.
The University Coordination Headquarters has taken the following decisions:
1. Prepare a comprehensive order on the work of the University under the martial law in Ukraine (responsible Yu. Yakymenko, V. Kondratyuk, M. Mazur);
2. Prepare orders on the mobilization of more than 200 teachers and employees of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute to the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (responsible V. Kondratiuk, V. Paiun vmv@kpi.ua @VMV_31
The Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute mobilization plan provides for particular measures:
🔹 Notify conscripts (all University staff) through the general department under the law;
🔹 Each conscript will get personal notification based on personal data;
🔹 By the end of the day, Faculty and Unit managers must provide information on notifications to their subordinates.
3. Consider the telegram channel “Rectorate” (https://t.me/rektoratkpi) as the basic information and coordination platform of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. The telegram channels of DSA and KPIMedia and student organizations should inform students to avoid inaccurate information.
4. Prepare orders on the admission regime to the dormitories and campus buildings of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute students and their relatives will have access to the dormitories.
5. The Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Accounts Department accrued scholarships for students and salaries for employees and passed these data to the Treasury. At the same time, the Treasury computer program is not working. They are working to solve the problem. We need to wait.
6. The University Library is working remotely.
7. We expect to continue full-time distance learning from Monday (February 28, 2022).
8. The Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Coordination Headquarters works nonstop.
