During the first two days of the week Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute was visited by three delegations from the People's Republic of China. All visits had one goal - to get to know Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and discuss prospective directions of international cooperation.
On November 27, a large delegation of representatives from 23 leading universities of the southern provinces of China and the education authorities of the People's Republic of China who participate in the international forum "Education Without Borders" came to the University. After having the excursion around the State Polytechnic Museum the guests had a meeting with the Vice-rector of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute responsible for international relations and with representatives of institutes and faculties. There was an exchange of information about universities and directions and forms of further cooperation were outlined.
In the evening of the same day, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute was visited by representatives of the Guangzhou Railway Technical College and the Guangdong Association for Scientific and Technical Cooperation. The program also included visiting the State Polytechnic Museum as well as mutual presentations of educational institutions. The participants of the meeting discussed potential and possible directions of cooperation.
The following day, a delegation from the Lanzhou University of Technology visited the university. After the guests watched the exhibits of the State Polytechnic Museum and the Museum of the Department of Aviation and Cosmonautics they had an opportunity to see a presentation of Kyiv Polytechnic and discuss the issues of establishing cooperation in the educational sphere. Finally, the parties signed the minutes of the meeting.
