On 8 June, there was an editorial board session of “Diplomatic Ukraine” yearbook in NTUU “KPI”. This is scientific almanac that has been issued since 200 and is professional edition on political and historical sciences.
The founders of the yearbook are Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ukraine and State Enterprise “Directorate-General for foreign representative offices service” (DGFRS). It worth to remind that in April, 28, the university signed an association agreement with SE “DGFRS that envisages partnership in the field of information technologies, in particular. Thus, the participation in yearbook editing – one of the aspects of this work.
Chief executive officer of SE “DGFRS” Pavlo Kryvonos, chief editor of the yearbook “Diplomatic Ukraine”, historian and journalis Anatolii Denysenko, rector of Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Viachyslav Tsivatyi, the president of Ukrainian association of external policy of Ukraine Voldymyr Handogii, rector of National pedagogical university n.a. M. P. Dragomanov Volodymyr Andrushchenko, Extraordionary and Plenipotentionary Ambassador of Ukraine, vice-president of Ukrainian NAS, academician of Ukraine Sergii Pyrozhkov, correspondent member of Ukrainian NAS Valerii Soldatenko, head of department of Kyiv NUJU organization, chief executive deputy of Information agency “Ukrinform” Mykhaolo Soroka, leading expert of Institute of Art Studied, folklore studies and ethnology n.a. Maksym Rylskyi of Ukrainian NAS, professor of art history of Kyiv Ecclesiastical Academy Dmytro Stepovyk, Extraordionary and Plenipotentionary Ambassador of Ukraine, veteran of the diplomatic service Igor Turianskyi, pro-rector of NTUU “KPI” for academic work Petro Kyrychok, pro-rector deputy for international relations Yevgen Polishchyk and others took part in the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting Pavlo Kryvonos introduced new members of editorial board, namely rector of NTUU “KPI”, academician of Ukrainian NAS Mykhailo Zgyrovskyi, pro-rector for academic work of NTUU “KPI”, Petro Kyrychor, the head of the Union of mass-media veterans, writer and journalist, honored worker of culture of Ukraine Volodymyr Prokopenko, first deputy general manager of “DGFRS”, Sergii Bondarenko.
After that, the participants discussed the structure and the content of the yearbook “Diplomatic Ukraine” 17th edition that will be devoted to the 25 anniversary of Independence as well as the draft edition “Kyiv through the ages”. In the end there were terms for material supply fixed as well as the course of further edition work.
