The regular meeting of the trade union committee of "KPI" employees took place on the 19th of May.
Deputy Chairman of the trade union M.O.Bezuhlyy reported on organizing constitutive meeting in separated division of a printing house “Polytechnic” in order to create a trade union office and election of its members. Trade union supported the request for registering a trade union account of the newly organized publishing and incorporated it into the University professional organizations.
On the other issues on the agenda of trade union chairman V.I.Molchanov offered to consider the possibility to asset University School of the trade union late in May 2016. in connection with a significant upgrading of the trade union personnel and heads of trade union bureau decided to trade union training with leading specialists CC sectoral trade unions and Kyiv city organization of trade unions on organizational work and activities of social partnership and representation of university officials at different levels.
The deputy head of the trade union O.I.Sheyko informed on the recovery of university officials and particularly highlighted the features of health campaigns in university bases and conditions to reduce the cost of permits union members and their families. Chairman of the trade union committee of children O.O.Kozhemyachenko provided information on the possibilities of children's activities in summer 2016.
Deputy Chairman of the social insurance commission Z.V.Kravets informed about the progress of the program realization of health resort treatment of KPI workers with the possibility of partial compensation of the cost of vouchers and installment payment plan.
Deputy Chairman of the trade union M.O.Bezuhlyy announced the visit of the Warsaw polytechnic delegation. During the visit, the delegation visited the recreation camp "Lighthouse", "Polytechnic" and "Pine". Guests properly rated living conditions and meals at the recreation camps. There was a previous agreement on application of double culturally-health exchange that provide the possibility of Polish colleagues to stay in Kiev, to acquaint with cultural and historical heritage of the capital and visit one of the resorts. The partner side in Poland will present similar program. Another important result of the visit was the invitation by the Poland colleagues to continue health care of NTUU "KPI" employees’ children.
It was also considered to provide financial assistance to members of the union.
