October 28, 2015 at the Faculty of aviation and space systems in NTUU "KPI" a scientific-practical conference "Anomalies : methodology and practice research» was conducted. 10 years of experience UNDTSA" probe". In addition to this conference a stand which dedicated to the current state of problems studying aerospace phenomena was opened and a collection of scientific papers in English and Ukrainian "Anomalies: methodology and practice of research" were published. The editorial board and the authors collection included scientists from Ukraine, the USA, Austria, the Netherlands, Spain and other countries.
During opening the conference, Dean of the Faculty of aviation and space systems, prof. O. V. Zbrutskyy noted the importance of the study of space phenomena, and the fact that the work of their study conducted at leading space countries. Chairman of the Ukrainian Research Center which study anomalies "Probe" PhD A. S. Bilyk stressed the need of this study in terms of national security and getting the latest technology and described the main achievements of the Centre for 10 years of activity in this area. There were lectures and presentations which were made by the head of general department Ph.D. O. L. Kulskyy, head of the Information Technology Department O. H. Kyrychenko, honored tester of space equipment O. P. Prus, head of experimental design department M. I. Myronov. At the end of theconference was a round table on which the prospects of development of domestic science in the study of anomalous phenomena were discussed. The speakers stressed that the ultimate goal of study of anomalous phenomena was the formation of a scientific picture as part of the general scientific world picture.
For 10 years "Probe" has been provided more than 30 expeditions and field research, has been reached unique materials and designs, has been developed the methodology for the identification of anomalous aerospace phenomena based on system of fuzzy sets and specialized software used in the analysis of messages. The center collaborates with many international counterparts and organizations and exchanges of experience and the gathered research methods.
Members of the Center are active in scientific conferences "Gyro technologies, navigation, traffic control and design of aerospace vehicles" (sponsored by the Faculty of aviation and space systems at NTUU "KPI"), "Flight" (under the auspices of NAU) and others; they published more than 100 articles, 8 books and pamphlets.
Each year the Center recorded 40-50 reports of observation of abnormal phenomena in Ukraine, the main part of which are not identified aerospace phenomena. After careful analysis and identification there are remains of about 5-10% of messages that actually contain anomalous and factors of interest to science. The study of anomalous phenomena opens the possibility of developing scientific knowledge at first, and later, perhaps, developing of human life in space and in the depths of the world of elementary particles.
The center collaborates with the media, especially to collect messages and promote conscious attitude to potential witnesses anomalies. Twice a month at the Faculty of aviation and space systems we open scientific meeting of the Coordinating Council Centre. We invite all concerned to contribute to the study of related branches of science that can be a source of future technologies.
