Today more and more people think about ecology and environment. After all, how the next generation will live, breath and eat depends on us. Students of the Department of Ecology and Technology of Plant Polymers Faculty of Chemical Engineering also do not remain to the preservation of the environment, particularly water purification processes. This semester they are awarded scholarships of the Rector NTUU “KPI”.
ana Bitik - a student of 6th year. In her master's thesis, she investigates the effect of surfactants on the process of water treatment using reverse osmosis membranes. Her scientific advisor - PhD, assistant professor V.V.Vember. In her free time she likes to chat with friends.
Jana says that she was very pleased to receive a scholarship. This confirms that the hard work of previous years has received deserved recognition and her efforts were not in vain. "But it's not only my merit, - says the student. - It is also a merit of teachers who for 6 years shared their knowledge. I especially want to thank the teachers of my chair, because they believed in me and shared their skills, have opened an interesting world of knowledge. Many thanks to them for that. "
Students POLYTECHNIC Jan wishes not to stop and go to the goal, despite the obstacles.
Catherine Chirkova is the student of 6 year too. Her first steps in science were done under the direction of Prof. V.M.Radovenchik. Her master's work is devoted to water purification technology from various pollutants. Study that the student performs at the Institute of Colloid and Water Chemistry, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, can improve water treatment and wastewater treatment prior to discharge. About her work she said competently, but absolutely unclear as to ordinary readers: " I am engaged in the study of the selective ability of ceramic membranes modified polymeric hydro-oxide aluminum compounds, with respect to the hardness ions, as well as anionic and cationic dyes."
Своїм колегам стипендіатка бажає сил та натхнення в навчанні, а також нових наукових звершень.
In her free time she plays sports, likes to draw and read.
“ It is a great honor to get this award (scholarship – Ed.). It is proof that my efforts were not in vain, and work has brought results. However, this is not only my achievement, it is also the merit of teachers who have invested in my learning a lot of time and effort. So I want to express my gratitude to the teachers of the department and other faculty members, as well as to my advisors - T.O.Shably and V.M.Radovenchik, for the fact that they have contributed to my scientific and professional development, learn and improve my practical skills, helped develop the material. "
The scholar wishes her colleagues of strength and inspiration in their studies, as well as new scientific achievements.
