On November 13, 2012 the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" received Rector of the International University College Mr. Todor Radyev (Dobrich ,Republic of Bulgaria), and head of the official office of the International University College in Ukraine Mrs. Natalia Kornilova.
The International University College started its operations as a Bulgarian-Dutch project, and now has worldwide partners for programs harmonized with many foreign universities where the language of instruction is English.
The College has four branches in Bulgaria, including one in Sofia. Today, there are students from 30 countries. And Ukrainians are among them.
The college accumulated experience of cooperation with universities in Western Europe in double diploma programs. Foreign students who gain knowledge here can obtain three documents on education: diplomas of the university of the country they came from, International University College and the University in Bulgaria where they studied.
The International College specializes in training professionals in the field of international business, hotel business, business and information systems.
During the meeting of First Vice- rector of NTUU "KPI" Yu. Yakymenko, Vice-rector for International Relations S. Sydorenko and Dean of the Faculty of Management and Marketing O. Havrysh with the Rector of the International University College Mr. T. Radyev these areas have been determined as priority in cooperation of KPI with the International University College. The arrangements are reflected in the Framework Agreement on Cooperation signed by Rector of the International University College of T. Radyev and First Vice-rector of NTUU "KPI" Yu.Yakymenko.
The parties agreed to carry out joint educational projects, exchange of students on programs of included education and double diploma, exchange of teachers for the academic work, conduct joint research, organize scientific conferences, exchange of educational and technical literature.
First Vice-rector of NTUU "KPI" Yu. Yakymenko expressed his confidence that soon the cooperation with the International University College will go beyond this preliminary framework agreement, both parties are interested in specific programs and projects, and everything is for their implementation.
