Focus and Scope

The collection of scientific and technical works publishes content articles related to the latest results of theoretical studies on navigation and orientation, solids management, the analysis of gyroscopic errors in conditions of vibration and overload, an assessment of the efficiency of increasing the accuracy of devices by various methods. The articles are prepared by leading scientists of Ukraine and beginner scientists.

Peer Review Process

The main criterion for making a decision on publication is following the highest standards of world science. All articles are reviewed by the editorial board - double blind. Scientists who are leading specialists in the branches of the relevant sections of the journal are involved in the review.

    The reviewer in his work should evaluate the article according to the following criteria:
    • relevance of the topic and statement of the task;
    • elements of novelty (in the formulation of a task, method, mechanical effects, etc.);
    • Lacks of work, comments and recommendations.

    The work of the reviewer ends with a motivated conclusion regarding the publication of the submission in the collection. The review can be submitted both in the proposed, and in an arbitrary form, in accordance with the requirements of the section editor.

    Approximate review period is 2-4 weeks, depending on the need to revise the submission.

    The reviewers' surnames are not published along with the recommended filings.

    Open Access Policy

    This journal practices a policy of immediate open access to published content, supporting the principles of the free dissemination of scientific information and the global exchange of knowledge for the sake of universal social progress.

    Ethics considerations

    The editorial Journal adheres to ethical standards adopted by the international community, and does everything possible to prevent any violations of these rules. This declaration corresponds to the policy journal is one of the main components of the review and the journal.

    The work of the editorial board of the journal follows the guidelines and standards of the Committee on the Ethics of Scientific Publications (Committee on Publication Ethics, COPE), Guidance on the Ethics of Scientific Publications (Publishing Ethics Resource Kit), publishing Elsevier, and also takes into account the experience of reputable international magazines and publications.

    The following principles are binding on the basics and rules of professional conduct for all parties involved in the process of creating, reviewing and publishing scientific articles, authors, reviewers, editors, publishers and readers. Compliance with the rules of ethics of scientific publishing all stakeholders helps to ensure the rights of creators of intellectual property to the quality of the journal in the eyes of national and international scientific community, as well as excluding the possibility of illegal use of copyright material for the benefit of individuals.

    The originality of work and plagiarism

    The editorial board of the journal uses the Unicheck system to check the originality of the material presented in each manuscript.


    The author submits the manuscript of the research paper to the editorial board according to the requirements and policies of the journal. Manuscripts that do not conform to the requirements, are not registered and rejected without further consideration.

    Registered manuscripts are sent to independent scientific experts for evaluation. The submitted manuscript are accepted for publication after a positive review.

    The cost of publication

    The Journal does not charge for the review and publication of the article. For each author, the publication is free.

    Conflict of interest

    The Editorial Board of the Journal is governed by the Provision on the Refusal to Publish Scientific Articles (Committee on Publication Ethics, COPE) when it comes to rejecting an article or correcting an already printed paper. Unpublished materials in an article that has been accepted are not used by members of the Editorial Board for their own research without reference to the author of an already published work. Interesting and useful information from the submitted articles can be used only for familiarization and not used in their own interests. Advertising, reprinting, and other manipulations do not affect the decisions of members of the Editorial Board to accept articles. The Editorial Board of the Journal is obliged to carry out technical, scientific, linguistic editing of accepted articles. The Editorial Board is committed to collaborating and interacting with potential and actual authors of articles, providing them with the necessary assistance and answering their questions.
