10.1. This Regulation, changes and additions to it are approved by the Academic Council of the University and are put into effect by the order of the rector of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
10.2. Requirements Regulations are mandatory for all participants in the educational process of the University.
10.3. Control over compliance with the requirements of the Regulations is entrusted to the officials of the University in accordance with their functional responsibilities.
10.4. The order of realization of separate points of the Regulation can be defined by the separate provisions concerning the corresponding direction of educational activity of University.
