Our existing technology for treatment of the industrial wastewater, which are contaminated with surfactants and organic dyes of different type and origin, not allow to provide full neutralization of pollutants contained in industrial effluents, tand in the same time it causes ecological damage to the environment and significantly complicates the operation of treatment facilities for general uses. In particular precipitate, which are formed by conventional coagulation treatment of wastewater, contains organic component of the toxicity of different classes, which makes it impossible to use them as secondary raw materials.
Our country expresses the interest to improve the ecological environment and recycling forsecondary raw materials, in particular through the development and implementation of new resource-saving technologies. Presidential grant was issued to support research of young scientists in 2013 to Irina Kosohina, who are the senior lecturer in technology of inorganic substances and general chemical technology on topic "Development of modern resource-saving technologies of treatment of wastwater from dyes with sludge disposal". This work is carried out in line with the scientific direction and research school, which is developing at the department under the guidance of an outstanding scientist and teacher Professor Igor Mikhailovich Astrelin andit is associated with the development of innovative methods of recycling of industrial waste to marketable product or secondary raw materials by using modern approaches to disinfection and clean water systems.
Getting a grant will allow not only realize to implement developments in life in life, but also ensure the implementation of them to educational lecture and laboratory process. Implementation of the research conduct with the students of the department, including active participitants as Masters of the Department Natalia Vereschuk and Bogdan Zborowski. Problems jf the effective regeneration of coagulants of such sediments (with the numerous recent decrease in volume) are still waiting for their complete solution. Removal or neutralization of sludge and toxic organic component requires a fundamental comprehensive and technological studies and attracting of the graduate students to scientific problems will close approach us to solving this problem of wastewater with minimal waste.
Improvement and creation of scientific principles of integrated resource saving treatment of the wastewater from dyes of various types and origins will facilitate purification of water from toxic components, allow to reduct sludge during the process of treatment and provide full or partial disposal of toxic components of the latter.
