How can I verify the authenticity of a diploma belonging to one of my company's new employees?
Confirmation of a diploma from Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (as well as other higher education institutions in Ukraine) or other higher education documents can be obtained (identified) starting from 1999 on the website of the State Enterprise “Inforesurs,” which is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The enterprise is the administrator of the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (USEDE).

Fill in the fields “Surname, First name, Patronymic, Series and Number” as they appear in the document. The fields Last Name, First Name, and Middle Name must be filled in exclusively in Ukrainian. The field “Middle Name” is not filled in only if it is not present in the person's passport.
The data specified during verification is automatically transferred in a secure form to the search engine when the query is formed.
To identify diplomas issued before 1999, an official request must be submitted by the company to the rector of Igor Sikorsky KPI.
