Andrievsky Dmitry Josipovich was born on January 6th, 1967 in the village of Olga Primorsky territory of the Russian Federation. Father - Josip Andriyovich - a career officer, a native-born of the Zhytomyr region, a company commander of air defense team in the Far East in the 60s. Mother – Valeria Petrovna - doctor.
After finishing high school he entered the Kalinin Polytechnic Institute of the faculty of computer technology. After the first course, he was intended to the armed forces. He served in the subdivision stationed in the Moscow region, the Baltics and Central Asia. After graduation student units arrived in Afghanistan. There, he got shrapnel wounds - convoys came under fire.
After transferring to the reserve D. Andrievsky came to Kiev, where he entered the Kiev Polytechnic Institute at the Faculty of Mining Electromechanics and Automation. In KPI studied very well, for which he was awarded the Lenin scholarship. During him studying from May to September he went to work with student teams to the Far North - in the coal mines. In the North, he had earned the starting capital, which allowed to start a business.
After graduating KPI in 1992, Dmitry Josipovich worked as engineer at the Kiev factory relay and automation, and later - a financial consultant and director of several scientific and industrial enterprises. Since 1996, he headed the Ukrainian office «Franklin Group Ltd» (United Kingdom).
Since 2001 - Vice-President, and later President of the Concern "KyivPidzemShlyakhBud", which was engaged in construction of municipal utilities – water-, gas transmission and heating mains.
In 2005, Dmitry Andrievsky got a second university degree - receive a master’s degree with honors of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine. In 2011 he passed Ph.D. defense on Public Administration at the Academy of municipal management.
From 2008 till 2012 (before the election of the people's deputy of Ukraine) headed the board of directors of the company Inteko. The company is engaged in industrial construction, factories, repair and construction of roads.
Dmitry Andrievsky Josipovich was engaged in active political activity since 2002, when he was first elected as deputy to Kyivrada.
