This July, the latest Webometrics Ranking of World Universities was released. It examines the performance of more than 31 thousand universities and is updated every six months.
The evaluation is based on three indicators:
PRESENCE Number of external networks (subnets) linking to the institution's webpages
TRANSPARENCY (or OPENNESS) Number of citations from Top 310 authors of Google Scholar
EXCELLENCE (or SCHOLAR) Number of papers amongst the top 10% most cited in each one of the all 27 disciplines of the full Scopus database. Data for the five year period: 2018-2022
Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute traditionally maintains a leading position among Ukrainian universities in this ranking.
