The Osvita.ua portal published the annual ranking of Ukrainian institutions of higher education according to the Scopus scientometric database.
Its results are based on citation rates of scientific articles published by educational institutions or their specialists.
Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute took the fifth place among the most cited universities in Ukraine.
Institutions of higher education are ranked according to the Hirsch index - a quantitative characteristic based on the number of scientific publications and their citations.
