On April 14, 2022, the working committee on Collective Agreement of National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” implementation control met. The members of the committee discussed the stages of implementation and holding of conferences of employees at the university under the conditions of martial law.
As a result, the following decisions were made:
1. Suspend the organization and holding of conferences of employees of departments / educational-scientific institutes and subdivisions for the duration of martial law.
2. Within three months after the cessation or abolition of martial law in Ukraine, heads of trade unions of employees of subdivisions of the university must ensure the implementation of stages of organization and holding conferences (meetings) of employees of subdivisions in accordance with the order #11/2022 dated 19.01. 2022 "On the organization of conferences of employees and collective bargaining in 2022".
3. Combine a regular conference of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute employees with the session of the faculty and hold in August-September 2022.
