Among the companies that are happy to hire our students for internships and work and where our graduates go with pleasure, is the Bila Tserkva plant "Tribo", - said the acting head of the Department of High Temperature Materials and Powder Metallurgy of E.O. Paton Institute of Materials Science and Welding. Doctor of technical Sciences Yurii Ivanovych Bogomol. - There they gain relevant experience, practical skills, real knowledge and opportunities for career growth and development of their potential. Over time, they hold management positions and participate in strategic production planning. But they do not forget their alma mater - they join the discussion of curricula and counselling, carry out scientific and technical cooperation. “
“All the funds earned at the plant - says the chairman of the Board of Directors of "Tribo", Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine (2010 - 2014) Konstantyn Efymenko - are invested in its development: energy efficiency, equipment, new knowledge. Virtually all passenger trains in Ukraine brake due to our brake-blocks made in Bila Tserkva. Also, all trains London - Manchester today are equipped with our brakes. My dream is that the London-Paris trains running under the English Channel will also use our brakes. “
"Cooperation between Bila Tserkva Plant "Tribo” and Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute on the employment of graduates is quite fruitful and has been going on for many years," said Olga Demydenko, Head of the Personnel Department. - Today, graduates of the university successfully work and hold leading positions at our plant: Yehor Moskalenko, Roman Mamchur, Mykhailo Valkov, Hanna Tovstonoh, Kateryna Shkliarenko, Dmytro Dudlenko and many others.
We would especially like to mention the graduates of 2015, who came to work for us at the company during their studies, and are now leading specialists in their field: Vitalii Smyk, Olena Soroka and Anna Demianenko. At first, each of them held the position of technological engineer in the R&D department, where they studied manufacturing technologies, secrets of recipe development, features of testing and operation of brake pads. During the period of training, with their hard work, desire to learn, dedication and love for what they do, they were able to achieve leadership positions. Now previous graduates of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute participate in solving strategic tasks for the future of the whole enterprise ".
Vitalii Smyk holds the position of development director, reports directly to the director of the enterprise. He is responsible for the development of new products, for the implementation of LEAN technologies in production, for certification and manages a number of innovative projects at the plant.
Olena Soroka is a leading technologist in the development of new recipes, she is just a magician in creating "perfect proportions and combinations of components.” For example, the project to develop a new recipe for Open joint-stock company BelAZ lasted about three years, and it was Olena who managed to find the perfect recipe for a "super-pad" that has passed all stages of testing and approval with the customer.
Anna Demianenko works as the Deputy Head of the Customs Declaration Department. Knowledge of production technology helped her to quickly master all the subtleties and features of customs clearance / outbound customs clearance of very specific commodities and materials.
Vitalii Smyk shared his experience: "I came to the position of test engineer. Now I am the development director of the plant with a turnover of over 400 million hrivnyas. The managerial position was achieved due to a good background, good technical education, desire to work and self-development. What is the key to the success of the head of the "Tribo"? The desire to change something in your company for the better and in systematic work. I respect “Tribo” as an employer, I appreciate the relationships in the team that have developed, and the material wealth that I receive through the achievement of results.
We have a strong young team that is clearly moving towards the goal set by the prospects for development. We feel respect and responsibility for each other. Advice for young people who want professional success - be ambitious, strive for improvement, find your hobby and turn it into a profession, work hard, develop personally every day, gain experience that can be used tomorrow. In my opinion, production is Sky High of business ".
"We are always happy for new talents, especially young people who want to develop, grow and reach career heights. So, dear students of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, if you want to gain experience, practical skills, real knowledge and opportunities to develop your potential - welcome to practice and work at LLC "Bila Tserkva plant" Tribo "- emotionally finished her story about the production Olga Demidenko.
