Dear veterans and current defenders of the Motherland! Dear staff and students of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute!
On October 14, we celebrate the Day of Defenders and Defendresses of Ukraine. It is a holiday in memory of our victorious ancestors. At the cost of their lives, they fought for the right to independence and freedom. It is a holiday commemorating Cossack valor and a holiday of gratitude to the veterans of the Second World War who defended their land. On this day, we honor today's heroes who bravely guard the borders of Ukraine.
