Leone Peter Correia da Silva Andrade, President of the Manufacturing and Technology Integrated Campus, expressed hope that Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute scientists would help solve the problem of digital communication of oil wells.

Mr. Andrade studied at the E. O. Paton Electric Welding Institute in the early 1990s, so he knows Ukraine's scientific potential very well: ‘We supply advanced technology to Brazilian industry. I hope that our cooperation will help optimize the work on underwater oil wells. In particular, it is important for us to receive operational wireless information from the deepest parts of the well.’

The SENAI CIMATEC Manufacturing and Technology Integrated Campus is one the most advanced centers for education, technology and innovation in Brazil.

Inna Maliukova, Project manager of the Ukrainian Network of Startup Schools “Sikorsky Challenge”, offered cooperation in innovation as well: ‘We would be happy to open a joint virtual office of the startup school “Sikorsky Challenge” in your center to host all startup projects and receive orders not only for Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute scientists, but for the entire country.’

The parties agreed to further cooperate in the workshop format. They will also discuss possibilities of involving experts for solving specific tasks.
