In the SRD the leading scientists of Ukraine began to do reviews on published and tested in the research and educational practice manuals, textbooks, monographs, nominated by the councils of the faculties for receiving the annual award of NTUU "KPI" in the competition for the best textbook, manual, monograph.

Among the first of them were the reviews on the joint Ukrainian-Bulgarian monograph "Nanoelectronics" in 2 books: Book 1. "Introduction to nanoelectronic technologies", Book 2. "Nanostructured materials and functional devices. This edition was published thanks to decisions of the academic councils of the National technical University of Ukraine "KPI" and the Institute of electronics Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. The authors of the monograph of A. V. Bogdan, V. M. Spivak, A. M. Shmyreva, Y. I. Yakimenko (NTUU "KPI") and E. G. Koleva G.M.Mladenov (Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Institute of electronics).

Reviewers noted that the monograph sparked a great interest among teachers and students of leading universities of the country. In addition, it is extremely important, given the rapid development of this promising scientific and technical direction. So, review of the pro-rector of Donetsk national technical University prof. Y.O. Bashkova and head of the faculty of electronic engineering Prof. A. A.Zori emphasizes that the joint Ukrainian-Bulgarian monograph "Nanoelectronics" is devoted to the priority direction of development of modern world science and technology, which is in general order of MESU and NASU No. 1066/609 "About approval of the main research directions and important problems of fundamental research in Ukraine" is divided into two separate lines: section 1.4.5. "Nanophysics and nanotechnology" and section 1.6.5. "Nano-structure (nanodispersed, nanocrystalline) materials".

The authors prepared and published a monograph summarizing the most important results of his own research, printed in scientific journals. They were published more than 55 patents of Ukraine and Bulgaria. Therefore, at the stage of discussing the appropriateness of the publication the authors were supported by scientists of the Republic Bulgaria and Academy of Sciences of this country, where also has an understanding of the relevance of this scientific direction . This fact is especially emphasized in the review of the Deputy Director of Institute of electrics O.Y. Paton NAS of Ukraine and academician of the NAS of Ukraine I. V. Krivtsun, which is supported the idea of "global relevance for the development of nanoelectronics".

From the time that has passed since publication, the monograph found the introduction and further development in the textbook "Nanoelectronics" (2013) and in the textbook "Fundamentals of nanoelectronics" (2014). They are not only useful for students studying relevant disciplines, but also it help scientists, specialists and teachers in scientific research and in the development of technologies for the creation of electronic devices and components, synthesis of new materials for modern nanoelectronics. Academician of NASU V. I. Krivtsun also noted that the materials of the monograph partially found the development in the joint Ukrainian-Moldovan monograph "Notiuni generale despre micro - si nanoelectronica moderna", published with the participation of authors from NTUU "KPI" in Romanian in publishing house of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova in 2013.

Prof.Y.O. Bashkov t emphasized that the published monographs of NTUU "KPI" was awarded the gold medal of the International exhibition "Modern educational establishments-2014" for victory in the competition exhibits in the nomination "the Activities of scientific institutions in the development of international cooperation".

Important fact is the comprehending by authors the state of the industry and justification of the choice recommendations of strategic directions of development of nanotechnologies and nanomaterials; create platforms for joint interstate coordinated use of scientific, technological and educational resources that opens the way to future cooperation in programs such as "Horizon 2020".

Therefore, according to the reviewers, the authors of the study made a significant contribution to the development of modern electronics and physical and technological fundamentals of microfabrication, which no doubt helps scientists, specialists, teachers and students of higher technical institutions to acquire and expand their knowledge and skills. It, in turn, allows us to consider the monograph "Nanoelectronics" in 2 books, one of the best among the publications of NTUU "KPI" in recent years.
