Demonstrating their theoretical and practice knowledge on international competitions, creative ideas and flexible thinking , KPI students are increasingly attracting international scientific community’s attention. It especially deals with informational technologies and programming.
At IASA the name of sixth-year student Sergiy Nikolaev needs no comments. He is the best student (five terms he gets high grades and has the highest integral rating), a student leader and an institute’s honor. He has got his special popularity and respect after winning the competition IBM Great Minds 2013 and receiving an opportunity to training at one of the company research centre. Before it Sergiy was building his student career step by step and every small success or achievement turned out into the international conference reports or the papers in prominent scientific publications.
His reports were presented on V International Scientific Conference "Modeling and Forecasting of Economic Processes", ( 2011, a certificate for the greatest report presentation ), ІІ International Conference "Nonlinear Analysis" (2012), International Scientific Conference of Young Scientists and Students.
"Informational Processes and Technologies"(2012), XIV and X International Scientific Conferences SAIT (2012, 2013). The papers of young scientist were published in publications «Programming Problems» (2007, 2008), «Cybernetics and System Analysis» (2010).
His field of academic interests is very large, from neural networks to expert systems and software platforms.
S. Nikolaev is a grant-holder of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine this academic year.
