It is the seventh consecutive year when the tourist club “Skif” of NTUU “KPI” ‘s campus take part in ecological and regional expeditions as a part of the annual Ukrainian move “Save the nature together”. During this time, participants of the long-term campaigns through the waterways of Ukraine include 350 kiev polytechnics considering students from Vietnam, China, Kazakhstan.
Main tasks that have every expedition is to propagate the healthy way of active lifestyle.
Also it is important to preserve environment – clarification river banks from garbage, dumps, screap heap and agitete on their own example for clean and tidy rest – “Clean up 20m2 area and offer your companion the same”.
This year the first stage of expedition started on 29th of April and lasted until 7th of May. The route with length about 140 km was laid on the river Southern Bug, region Vinnytsia.
Members of the expedition went through 24 localities considering t.Tivriv, v. Vorobievka, v. Peschera, t. Bratslav, v.Rayhorod also they cleared from garbage 1000 m2 shorelines.
The member of parliament in Ukraine Dmytro Andriyevskiy helps constantly to implement this move of the club. He provides not only financial support but also inspire youth to participate in activities related to the preservation of environment.
