Annually, the experts asses work of the universities. While ranking universities, the experts pay attention to the basic, comprehensive and professional education of the students, usage of IT, demand for university graduates in the labour market.
“Top 200 Ukraine 2020” rating, which was presented by The Centre of International Projects “Yevroosvita” in cooperation with international group of experts IREG Observatory on Academic Ranking and Excellence, was made according to ten criteria, among which the six were of international ranking system, whereas other four criteria were of national ranking system.
The experts used only opened data which were published on the websites of independent national and international organizations and establishments.
Among the best ten universities of Ukraine according to “Top 200 Ukraine” are Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Sumy State University, universities of Khrakiv - V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” and Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, Lviv Polytechnic National University and Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, National University “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”, Vinnytsia National Technical University.
Constant attention of the international experts to the quality of higher education, certainly, motivates national universities to become better and more attractive to the students who wish to get high knowledge of international level.
