The monument to Montenegrin poet, ruler and metropolitan Petar II Negosh-Petrovych is mounted in the park (Sosnovyi) near Scientific and technical library of KPI.
Petar II Negosh-Petrovych (01(13).11.1813 — 31.10.1851) — is famous Montenegrin public official, orthodox bishop of Cetinje (Maritime) metropolinate of Serbian Orthodox Church. The last theocracy ruler contributed Montenegro to become independent secular nation.
Philosopher and reformer. The author of many poems and stories, is considered to be one of the best known Serbian writers.
