The construction of the dormitory began in 1926. The first settlement took place in 1927. Hostel organized in corridor type. Bathrooms and kitchens are located on each floor at both ends of the corridor. The showers are located on the ground floor. The hostel has work rooms for work and a sports room with the appropriate equipment.
