An important role in establishing effective system of labor protection in our university is played by the study of domestic and foreign experience on these issues.
For this purpose, with the consent of trade union committee and leadership of university, but also JSC "Obolon" in June 2015 organized a meeting to review the experience, management of labour protection and the technological processes production on one of the best domestic enterprises of European model. By virtue investments and the latest technology, it currently ranks among the three most powerful enterprises in Europe and exports their products into 30 countries.
Present at the meeting were persons, responsible for the state of labor protection structural subsection. Also were invited the departments heads of labor protection of Solomianska and Obolonskyi district administrations.
At the beginning of the meeting, participants had an ability to become acquainted with video film, which dedicated to the history of creation the enterprise and its current state of production organization on JSC "Obolon" and the Head of Labor Protection company P.T.Atamanenko, who acquainted the participants with organization of LP department at the plant (that employs three thousand workers).
JSC "Obolon" has a contemporary approach to LP - a certified system of safety management and occupational health and efficient monitoring system. Deserves special attention the issue of implementation on plant the International system of risk management and organization of a number of competitions that dedicated to the International Day of labor protection, that actively establish in many enterprises in Ukraine. Furthermore, the participants became acquainted with experience of risks estimation on the workplaces of enterprise.
NTUU "KPI" also has sufficient positive experience in matters of LP and vital functions of safety, injury prevention in the manufacturing sector and at home, which can be used on JSC "Obolon".
Such measures are necessary platform for communication like-minded people and have an opportunity to compare their experience with the experience of other professionals in the field of Labour Protection.
