10 April 2015 in the Chinese Embassy in Ukraine held a meeting with Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of China to Ukraine Zhang Xiyun with representatives of NTUU "KPI" – the Vice-rector for international relations, S. I. Sidorenko, Dean A. FAX B. Zbruckiy and head of Department of foreign economic activity of the University A. P. Chisholm, which provided information about the development of cooperation with scientific, educational and innovative areas of the PRC in accordance with the previously adopted program "4 principles". This programme includes:
- creation of training and research centers in China, with the participation of NTUU "KPI";
- creating research and innovation centers, NTUU "KPI" in the PRC (including strongholds of Science Park "Kyivska Polytechnika" companies in China);
- training in NTUU "KPI" specialists for the PRC;
- contacts in the human dimension.
For it already created Chinese-Ukrainian research and training center in the structure of the Shenyang aerospace University, joint with the Beijing aerospace company optronic technologies Educational and research centre for modern instrumentation, as well as Ukrainian-Chinese center of NTUU "KPI" and the Science Park "Kyivska Polytechnika" based on Leonenko Corporation "Leader."
Besides the cooperation in educational, scientific and innovative spheres, the sides discussed issues related to the export of educational services in the PRC, in particular, the negotiations on the establishment of a joint with the University of Huizhou training and research Institute with the participation of NTUU "KPI".
In all these areas, our University seeks to deepen its cooperation with China, to develop new projects and to develop new initiatives. Said was supported by the Chinese Ambassador Zhang Xiyun.
The Ambassador handed the invitation of the rector of NTUU "KPI".With. Zgurovsky to visit our University, to discuss strategic initiatives KPI acts recently in Ukraine and in the international arena, but also to deliver a lecture before the students of the Polytechnic, which he gratefully accepted.
