Vynoslavskyi Vasyl Mykolaiovych (1920-1992) - Ph.D., professor, founder of the national scientific school of Power Supply of enterprises; Honored Worker of Higher School of Ukraine (1974).
Under his guidance the country was introduced specialty "electrification and automation of mountain works" (1959), with active participation from established and equipped laboratories of the Department of electricity supply, prepared training programs and manuals.
Produced 34 candidates of Sciences, gave effective assistance in the defence of 5 doctoral theses.
He was awarded the Order of the Patriotic War I art., The October Revolution, "Honour", many medals.
Published 126 scientific papers, including one monograph and 4 educational manuals. Major works: "the Calculation of electric distribution networks" (1969), "the Design of power supply systems" (1980, Leipzig 1981, Kiev, et al.), "Electric systems and networks" (1986, co-author), "Transients in power systems" (1989, co-author).
Graduate of Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, 1946. In 1947-1950 studied at the graduate school of the Department of electric networks and systems. In 1952 he defended his thesis, and since 1954 - associate Professor, 1972 - Professor. 1955-1988 - head of the Department of power supply, 1958-1963, 1967-1988 (1955 - V. a.) the Dean of the faculty of mining (mining, automation and instrumentation, mining electromechanics and automation).
