If, as the saying goes, a theater begins with its coat rack, then one of the oldest laboratories at Igor Sikorsky Polytechnic Institute begins with a spiral staircase. This is the Educational and Research Laboratory of Biopolymer Technology and Modification, where generations of students specializing in this field have studied and conducted research.
✅ This is one of the best results among Ukrainian higher education institutions participating in the Ministry's pilot project on project-based PhD education. Out of 137 submitted research projects, 79 were selected for funding, including seven projects from Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute in the fields of machine learning, advanced materials, biotechnology, environmental safety, chemistry, physics, data science, and technologies supporting Ukraine's recovery and defense capabilities.

This practical workshop is being held for the second time, which attests to the high effectiveness of the chosen training methodology and the critical importance of training qualified personnel for the field of mine action.
