Occupational Therapy Without Borders: The Swedish Experience of the Department of Biosafety and Human Health
The Department of Biosafety and Human Health of the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute is actively expanding international cooperation in the fields of rehabilitation, occupational therapy, and advanced biomedical engineering technologies. Such partnerships have become particularly important in the context of developing Ukraine's rehabilitation system and introducing modern international practices, especially in the field of occupational therapy.
Delegation of PCM & MAT Kosovo (Republic of Malta) Visits Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute
⚙️ During the visit of the delegation from the international organization PCM & MAT Kosovo (Republic of Malta), the parties discussed the prospect of establishing an International Training Center for Mine Action and Humanitarian Demining at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. The center is expected to train specialists in the detection and disposal of explosive hazards, as well as in risk management in war-affected areas.
Meeting with Professor Charles Cockell
A meeting with leading British astrobiologist and planetary scientist Professor Charles Cockell took place at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. The visit was organized with the support of the President of Ukraine’s Foundation for Education, Science and Sports under the UK–UA Visiting Professors Programme.
