The Office of Social and Psychological Support (OSPS) is a space where mental health care intersects with personal development, volunteering, and social change. We help students better understand themselves, discover their inner resources, access professional support, and implement ideas that make the university community—and society at large—more open, cohesive, and empathetic.
We foster an environment where everyone can be heard, connect with like-minded individuals, share experiences, develop personal initiatives, and participate in collaborative projects. Our work is rooted in respect for every individual, the removal of barriers, mutual support, and a responsible approach to mental health.
Our Goal
To foster a culture of psychological resilience within the university community, develop an accessible system of socio-psychological support, and create conditions for preserving and strengthening the mental health of students, faculty, and staff.
How We Work
Our work focuses not only on addressing immediate needs but also on preventing psychological difficulties, developing self-support skills, strengthening social connections, and cultivating a culture of mutual aid.
We are developing a multi-level system of in-person and remote support, which includes various formats of interaction, educational events, individual consultations, self-development practices, and opportunities to participate in social initiatives.
