It is with deep sorrow that we announce that on May 17, 2026, the heart of the outstanding Ukrainian scientist Yuriy Petrovych Zaychenko stopped beating. It is difficult to put into words the magnitude of this loss for Ukrainian science, the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (KPI), colleagues, students, and everyone who had the honor of knowing Yuriy Petrovych.
