Next year, Ukrainian rugby will celebrate its 65th anniversary. This milestone is of particular significance to Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, as it was students of the institute who founded Ukraine’s first rugby team in 1962. The team was named Polytechnic.
Twenty-eight veterans who joined the second cohort of the “Future of Prosthetics in Ukraine” program have enrolled in master’s degree programs at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. Eighteen are studying Applied Mechanics, while ten have chosen Biomedical Engineering.
