📌 Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute presented its experience in the international accreditation of academic programs at the international seminar "Quality Without Borders: Internationalization and Cross-Border Quality Assurance in Higher Education."
The event, organized by the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (NAQA) with the support of the Embassy of Ukraine in Hungary, was hosted by Uzhhorod National University. It brought together representatives of NAQA, Ukrainian universities, European quality assurance agencies, government officials, and international partners.
📋 Among the participants were Andrii Butenko, Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine; Daniela Cristina Ghitulică, Director General of ARACIS and President of ENQA, who visited Ukraine for the first time; and Péter Levente Lakatos, Member of the ENQA Board and Director General of the Hungarian Accreditation Committee (MAB).
Rector Anatolii Melnychenko presented Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute's systematic approach to the international accreditation of academic programs—one of the most successful models among Ukrainian universities.
Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute is among the Ukrainian universities with the largest number of internationally accredited academic programs. Nine of its programs have already been accredited by ARACIS, one of Europe's leading higher education quality assurance agencies.
